- The red will automatically go away once the vacuum battery is full.
Clear Obstructions Inside RoboVac
Generally, dirt and debris build up in the components of RoboVac such as brush roll, wheels etc. They can obstruct the vacuum parts causing the Eufy RoboVac red light.
Remove obstructions from the device parts like brush roll and wheels and then restart your vacuum to resolve the problem.

Clean Dirty Sensors

Here’s how you can fix this:
- Re-connect the charging base and adapter and check for the white power indicator on the charging base.
- Use a dry clean cloth to clean the pins on the charging base and on the bottom of the vacuum.
- Put your RoboVac, within 6 feet, in front of the charging base, and then press the return-to-home button and see if it docks on its own. If it returns, your RoboVac’s charging pins are connected properly.
- Allow the RoboVac to charge for 6+ hours. While charging, you will see a flashing orange light, which will change to a solid blue light when fully charged.
When your RoboVac stops with a four-beep error and a solid red light, it means a stuck rolling brush.
You can try the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Remove and clean the rolling brush and side brushes thoroughly, paying particular attention to the two ends of the rolling brush and the connectors on the vacuum.
- Make sure to charge the RoboVac for at least 6+ hours until you see a solid blue light.
- Remove the brush guard and rolling brush, then run the vacuum on hard floors without these parts.
- Check if the error persists while the vacuum operates without these components.
