- Once the vacuum resets, the status light on the device will slowly flash blue and you will hear a beep sound when the vacuum connects to the WIFI.
Reset RoboVac 25C, 35C, and 25C MAX
To Reset RoboVac 25C, 35C, and 25C MAX, press and hold the start/stop button on the robot vacuum for 10 seconds. The moment your Eufy robot is reset, the LED light will turn blue with a beep sound.
Reset RoboVac G10 Hybrid, G20, G20 Hybrid, G30, G30 Edge, G30 Verge, G30 Hybrid, G35+, G40+, G40 Hybrid+
To reset your RoboVac G series, press and hold the Power button on the vacuum for 10 seconds. The Wifi status light on the device will slowly flash blue once the reset is completed. You will also hear a beep sound when it connects to the Wifi.
Quick Tip: You will also lose the maintenance data for your Robovac after the factory reset.
Reset RoboVac L70 Hybrid
To reset the Wi-Fi on the RoboVac L70 Hybrid, simultaneously hold down both the power and recharge buttons for three seconds.
Once the Wi-Fi connection is reset, you will hear a voice prompt, and the Wi-Fi status indicator will start to blink blue slowly.
Reset RoboVac X8, X8 Hybrid
To factory reset RoboVac X8, X8 Hybrid including the Wi-Fi connection, press and hold the recharge and spot clean buttons simultaneously for five seconds until you hear a voice prompt.
Once the settings have been reset, a voice prompt will sound, and the Wi-Fi status light will begin to flash blue slowly.
Reset RoboVac LR30, LR35, LR20
To reset RoboVac LR30, LR35, or LR20,
- Locate the “Start/Pause” and “Recharge” buttons on your RoboVac.
- Press and hold these two buttons at the same time.
- Continue holding the buttons for five seconds.
- Once the reset completes, you will listen for a voice prompt.
Note that there is no separate Wi-Fi light for this series, the lights for the “start/pause” and “recharge” buttons will start to flash blue slowly, indicating the successful reset.
